Love Monster

Earlier last year, a group of us collaborated to enter a competition that required you to create a short animation for one of the books written by Rachel Bright, who wanted an advert for her book.

 i was responsible for creating the house in which the monster resides:

I constructed the house using a mixture of foam board and cardboard for the wooden panels that you see here.

We didnt win the competition, but i did have a realisation of the love i have for model making, especially as they are being used in animation it gets me very excited. so what it has made me think is that i will use one of my models in my Animated Self to superimpose me in one of them!!
