This seminar was about searching into the mind and revealing to ourselves what kind of person we are and how we would go about leading our lives, the reason is to reflect on this and apply it to our practice
Another aspect of this process was to find out whether we are introvert or extrovert.
i already had a bit of experience with this due to a book i read before uni which delves deep into these attributes and helps you decide for yourself which one applies to you
Quiet
At least one-third of the people we know are introverts. They are the ones who prefer listening to speaking; who innovate and create but dislike self-promotion; who favor working on their own over working in teams. It is to introverts—Rosa Parks, Chopin, Dr. Seuss, Steve Wozniak—that we owe many of the great contributions to society.
this seminar used different graphs and handouts to help us all pinpoint exactly what kind of person we are, by analysing what our priorities are and how we live our lives. this can help us to make adjustment where necessary or to just tweak the way in which we see how other people lead their lives and to appreciate that everyone is different.
